Ballet

Ballet is the cornerstone of all dance styles. These classes focus on classical ballet technique, teaching body placement and alignment. We work on movement quality, coordination and artistic control of the body.

Attire

• For women and girls: Solid color leotard, pink
  tights, pink ballet shoes and an optional skirt.
  
  
• For men and boys: Plain white tee-shirt, black
  tights or sweat pants, and appropriate black shoes.

Hair

• Hair must be securely tied
  away from neck and face for
  ALL classes.

Reminders

• Tights, jazz pants or bike
  shorts must be worn at
  all times
  
  
• Skirts may be worn in
  any class.
  
  
• No baggy clothes may be
  worn in any class.
  
  
• If you are not properly
  dressed you may be asked
  to watch class.
  
  
• Hair must be securely tied
