3rd Street Dance & Theatre is conveniently located in historic St. Charles, within close proximity to Batavia, Geneva, South Elgin, Elburn and West Chicago.

The 3rd Street Dance & Theatre Academy, Inc. is located in one of the most historically significant buildings in St. Charles. Constructed in 1882, our building was home of the Free Methodist Church of St. Charles for 114 years. Its open atmosphere and towering ceiling accented with flowing “church windows”, make this an excellent environment for comfortable instruction of both dance and theatre classes.
