Recital Volunteer Form:

We need volunteers!!

This recital would not be possible without our awesome VOLUNTEERS!

These volunteers will be with the students at all times. They will assist in taking them to the bathroom, keeping them occupied while not on stage and making sure everyone makes it onstage looking and feeling terrific.
Not every class can perform in the first few numbers, so dancers will have to wait for their turn to perform. It is best if you send them with a bottle of water and non-messy peanut free snack. Quiet toys that can be shared with the whole class i.e. coloring books and crayons are encouraged. We will have a television drop down screen for the dancers to watch what is happening on stage.

These volunteers keep our performances running on time by lining up classes and getting students to and from the stage.

You may watch from backstage or stand in the back of the auditorium while he/she dances. This theatre is set up so that it is easy to go quickly to the auditorium from the room where the dancers will be waiting. Another avenue is volunteering for the OTHER recital show, this way you can sit in the audience for your daughter’s performance with your family.

Please use THIS Google Form to sign up for your volunteer slot today!
